Barbara Kelley, 81, of Winchester, IN passed peacefully in her sleep after living a full life. She was born to Lois V. (Miller) and Orville Tharp of Randolph county, IN. Barbara was a graduate of White river Township School, class of 1959. She retired from Anchor Hocking after nearly 30 years of service to the glass factory. Barbara is proceeded in death by: her parents, Lois and Orville Tharp, and a step father Merl (Blackie) Bradburn; her eldest daughter, Penny J Kelley, two brothers; Bill Tharp and Bobby Tharp, and one sister, Doris Girton as well as several nieces and nephews. She is survived by two sisters, Nina Bowers and Joann Romack; her son, Brian Kelley; her daughter Traci Kelley; three granddaughters; Ericka Kelley, Mackenzie Kelley, Reagan Kelley, as well as a grandson, Trae Kelley; several great grandchildren as well as many adopted sons, daughters and grandchildren. Cremation was chosen and arrangements are being handled by The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel.
