Lois Stanberry, 90, of Bryson City went home to be with the Lord Friday, August 5, 2022. A native of Swain County, she was the daughter of the late Dewey and Lou Cochran. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sisters, Irene and Edna.

She is survived by her children, Dewey Stanberry and wife Terrie, Bruce Stanberry and wife Tammie, Jean Morgan and husband Danny, Elaine Smith, and Judy Webster all of Bryson City; 7 grandchildren, Keith Allen, Roberta Cloer and husband John, Brian Stanberry and wife Kelly, Kim Rogers, Jason Morgan, Anna Rogers, Claude Ray Smith, Lynette Rogers, and Jennifer Webster; several great and great great grandchildren, and one sister, Ruby Parker and her husband Bill.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday at Crisp Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Swain Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
