Hattie is predeceased by her husband James and her siblings Stella, William, Phyllis, and Harold.

Hattie lived a full life. She enjoyed traveling, shopping and had a green thumb when it came to taking care of her plants. As matriarch of the family, she enjoyed large family gatherings and instilled a closeness of family that will live in our hearts forever. Hattie was truly loved and will be dearly missed.

A wife, a mother, a grandma too,

This is the legacy we have from you

You taught us love and how to fight

You gave us strength, you gave us might.

A stronger person would be hard to find,

And in your heart you were always kind.

You fought for us all in one way or another

Not just as a wife not just as a mother.

For all of us you gave your best

And now the time has come for you to rest.

So go in peace, you’ve earned your sleep,

Your love in our hearts we’ll eternally keep.

John 14:27- Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
