<p>Stephen Kass passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Peace Care at St. Joseph&rsquo;s with his loving family at his bedside. Stephen was born in Jersey City to the late Carmela (nee: Corio) and Steven Kass, and was a lifelong resident.</p> <p>Mr. Kass was employed by the Jersey City Department of the Public Works in the maintenance department.</p> <p>He is survived by his devoted sons, Jason and Keith Kass; ; his former wife, Catherine (nee: Wohltman) Kass; his dear siblings, Elizabeth, Angela, James and John; and several loving nieces and nephews.</p> <p>A private cremation was held. The ashes of Mr. Kass will be interred at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City on August 10, 2022 at 11:30.am.</p>
