Ruthell Wall James, 84, resident of Boston, MA (native of Anderson, SC) went home to her heavenly father on August 3, 2022. She was born January 14, 1938, to the late John Henry Wall and Easter Cowan Wall.

Ruthell “Bonnie” Wall James was a loving, caring, and generous woman of God. She joined Mt. Moriah Baptist Church early in life but was very active in her local church Elliot Congregational Church of Roxbury in Boston, Massachusetts.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, going to church, and being with her friends. She served her local church as the president and head of the usher board. She took great pride in her role. She worked at Northeastern University for 25+ years as a respected custodian. She was a woman of faith who understood the power of prayer. She loved to watch WWE wrestling, and her “shows”. She loved to laugh and enjoyed life to the fullest. She was well known for her since of fashion, always wearing heels, and kindness. Even though she is gone physically, our memories of her will always be alive in our hearts.
