Aberdeen, OH – Rhonda Sue Ruark, 52, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2022, at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Rhonda was born August 16, 1969, in Maysville, KY, to Jackie Grubenhoff Phillips and the late Howard Phillips. She had attended the Ripley Nazarene Church. She is survived by children Michelle Harding, Michael (Brittany) Harding, Daniel (Katie) Ruark, Jeffrey (Paige) Ruark, Dustin (Tyisha) Ruark, and Johnathon Ruark; her mother, Jackie Phillips: grandchildren Liam Hamner and Emma Hamner (Michelle Harding), Tinslee Ruark (Daniel and Katie Ruark), Aesleigh Ruark and Ashton Ruark (Dustin and Tyisha Ruark), Audrina Ruark, Aria Ruark, and Arabella Ruark (Jeffrey and Paige Ruark); and brother Jason (Kay) Phillips. Rhonda is preceded in death by her husband, Danny A. Ruark; her daughter Kayla Ruark; and her brother Greg Phillips. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
