Doffie Gene Roy, Sr.

Doffie Gene Roy, Sr., 85, of South Point, Ohio, passed away Friday August 5, 2022 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. He was born April 18, 1937 in Branchland, WV, son of the late Hansford Roy and Goldie Mae Roy. He is now joined in Heaven with the love of his life Stella Lucille Roy. He is survived by one brother Richard Roy of South Point, Ohio; his children Bobby and Linda Roy of Lake Whales, Florida, Deborah Roy of Hartford, Alabama, Rick and Kimberly Roy of Menomonie, Wisconsin, Lisa Warren of South Williamson, KY, Gene Roy of Wayne, WV, and Linda (Eddie) Willis of South Point, Ohio; his loving grandkids, which he loved very much, 10 grandkids, 19 great grandkids, and four great great grandchildren. He had some amazing care givers throughout his illness, his daughter Linda Willis and his grandson Nikolas Insco. Doffie will be missed by many. He was a man who would never ask for any help and when it came to his yard work, no one could touch it. Fly high our superhero. There will be no services.
