A service to celebrate the life of James Davis Kyzer (CSM), Retired, 81,  of Columbia will be held Monday August 8, 2922 at 10:00 am at Kornegay & Moseley. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Fort Jackson National Cemetery with Full Military Honors 

Mr. Kyzer was a proud US Army Veteran and retired after 26 yrs of service. Jim passed away peacefully knowing God was bringing him home, to his one and only true love in life, his wife, Inga. 

Predeceased by son, James D. Kyzer Jr.  and wife Inga Elizabeth Kyzer. Mr. Kyzer is survived by his children, Son  Robert Kyzer and Daughter Cindy Wessinger (Steve); Grandchildren and two great grandchildren; Numerous Neices and Nephews

The family would like to express their thanks to the doctors and medical staff that have taken care of Jim over the years, especially the staff of Lakeside Village  and Lighthouse Hospice.
