Banks, age 49 of Delaware passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Grady Memorial Hospital, following a three-year illness.</p> <p style="line-height: 1.3; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0 0 10.7px 0;">He was born in Columbus on January 14, 1973. Randall was a 1992 graduate of Delaware Hayes High School, where he played on the football, basketball, and track teams. He also attended the University of Atlanta.</p> <p style="line-height: 1.3; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0 0 10.7px 0;">He had most recently worked as a chef with Roosters Restaurant at Polaris. &nbsp;Randall enjoyed cooking, camping, traveling, swimming, and listening to music. He was a fan of all sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys and The Ohio State Buckeyes. He collected music and sports cards.</p> <p style="line-height: 1.3; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0 0 10.7px 0;">Randall treasured time with his family and friends, listening to music, cooking on the grill, and watching football. Described as goofy and energetic, he was strong and possessed an outgoing personality, easy to befriend.</p> <p style="line-height: 1.3; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0 0 10.7px 0;">Those left to cherish his memory include his soulmate, and fianc&eacute;e, of 16 years Sue Bame, son Tyson Banks, daughter Shyanne Banks, step-daughters Anjelica and Makayla Bame, nieces Sonja Kimes, Danielle (Kevin) Jackson, nephew Kendale (Sara) Bayless, great nieces and nephews: Demeko, DeShanae, Kevin, Kaylee, Karter, Isaiah, Khristian, Aiden, and Brianna, aunt Jackie Britton-Coe, extended family and friends.</p> <p style="line-height: 1.3; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0 0 10.7px 0;">He was preceded in death by his parents Forrest &ldquo;Bud&rdquo; and Elma (Britton) Banks, sister Regina Kimes, nephew David Bayless Jr., grandparents Elma &ldquo;Big Mama&rdquo; Trice and Clyde &ldquo;Big Daddy&rdquo; Britton, first cousins Clyde &ldquo;Tadpole&rdquo; Britton and Kendrick Nelson.</p> <p style="line-height: 1.3; font-size: 11pt; margin: 0 0 10.7px 0;">Friends may call Tuesday from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon at the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center, 101 Valleyside Dr., Delaware, Ohio 43015 where services will follow at 12:00 noon. Randall G. Banks, age 49 of Delaware passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Grady Memorial Hospital, following a three-year illness.

He was born in Columbus on January 14, 1973. Randall was a 1992 graduate of Delaware Hayes High School, where he played on the football, basketball, and track teams. He also attended the University of Atlanta.

He had most recently worked as a chef with Roosters Restaurant at Polaris.  Randall enjoyed cooking, camping, traveling, swimming, and listening to music. He was a fan of all sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys and The Ohio State Buckeyes. He collected music and sports cards.

Randall treasured time with his family and friends, listening to music, cooking on the grill, and watching football. Described as goofy and energetic, he was strong and possessed an outgoing personality, easy to befriend.

Those left to cherish his memory include his soulmate, and fiancée, of 16 years Sue Bame, son Tyson Banks, daughter Shyanne Banks, step-daughters Anjelica and Makayla Bame, nieces Sonja Kimes, Danielle (Kevin) Jackson, nephew Kendale (Sara) Bayless, great nieces and nephews: Demeko, DeShanae, Kevin, Kaylee, Karter, Isaiah, Khristian, Aiden, and Brianna, aunt Jackie Britton-Coe, extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Forrest “Bud” and Elma (Britton) Banks, sister Regina Kimes, nephew David Bayless Jr., grandparents Elma “Big Mama” Trice and Clyde “Big Daddy” Britton, first cousins Clyde “Tadpole” Britton and Kendrick Nelson.

Friends may call Tuesday from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon at the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center, 101 Valleyside Dr., Delaware, Ohio 43015 where services will follow at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to his family to assist with final expenses.
