Rosa Linda (Martinez) Quintanilla, age 85, entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 4, 2022, in Floresville, Texas. She was born January 13, 1937, to Roberto and Juanita (Marin) Martinez.

Rosa was preceded in death by her loving husband, Samuel Rivas Quintanilla; parents; brother, David Martinez; sisters, Lena Martinez, Amelia Aranda; grandsons, Derrick Quintanilla, Matthew Cisneros.

She is survived by her children, Nancy Cisneros (Oscar), Bobby Quintanilla (Cindy), Sarah Capre (Miguel), Jerry Quintanilla (Rachel); grandchildren, David Cisneros, Nicholas Quintanilla, Resa Hill, Bobby Joe Quintanilla II, Danielle Jaroszewski, and Grace Capre; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; brothers, Jesse, Guadalupe, and Juan Martinez; sister, Oralia Trinidad; numerous nieces, nephews, in-laws, other loving family, and many friends.

A visitation with the family will take place Wednesday, August 10, 2022, from 9:00 – 9:30 AM with the rosary starting at 9:30 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Stockdale, Texas.
