<p style="text-align: center;"><em><strong><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Obituary</span></strong></em></p> <p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Good people pass away; the godly often die before their time.&nbsp; But no one seems to care or wonder why.&nbsp; No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come. For those who follow godly paths will rest in peace when they die.</span></em></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Isaiah 57:1-2&nbsp; NLT</span></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><em><strong>Mrs. Patricia Lorraine Jackson</strong></em>, daughter of William and&nbsp;Merlean Frazier (McIntyre), was born August 10, 1949, in Indianapolis, Indiana.&nbsp; She attended and graduated from Crispus Attucks High School in 1967.&nbsp; She was a former member of Hillside Christian Church, and relocated her membership to Mt. Zion Apostolic Church in the early 2000&rsquo;s.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">In June of 1969, <em><strong>Patricia</strong></em> was united in marriage to Russell Leo Jackson (divorced).&nbsp; From this union they had 3 beautiful daughters.&nbsp; &nbsp;<em><strong>Patricia</strong></em> was employed at Flanner House Child Care Development Center for 30 years as a Preschool Teacher prior to her retirement.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;"><em><strong>Patricia</strong></em> demonstrated her artistic abilities everywhere she went, including with the residents of her apartment community. She enjoyed cooking, drawing, and teaching/educating about Black History.&nbsp; She also loved working on puzzles and watching the Colts games, Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, Joyce Meyers and the news.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;"><em><strong>Patricia</strong></em> was known for sending out hallmark cards to&nbsp;individuals on every special occasion.&nbsp; That was her way of letting you know that she was thinking about you and that she remembered.&nbsp; She was a loving and devoted mother, sister, aunt, grandmother/great-grandmother and friend. Nicknamed &ldquo;<strong><em>Patty June</em></strong>&rdquo; by her former church members, she will be remembered for her warm, friendly smile, enormous creative personality, and high energy spirit.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">One of a kind, no one else like her!</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;"><em><strong>Mrs. Patricia Lorraine Jackson</strong></em> departed this life too soon on August 1, 2022, at the age of seventy-two years young.&nbsp; She leaves to&nbsp;cherish her loving memory three daughters, Michelle Bailey (Jackson) (husband, Paul Bailey), Cha Rhonda Lindsey (husband, Jason Lindsey), and LaToya Jackson; sister Priscilla A. Harris (Frazier); former husband, Russell L. Jackson; niece, Vanessa Matthews (Harris); nephews, William Harris (wife, Charene Harris), Sean Harris; 9 grandchildren; 13&nbsp;great-grandchildren; other relatives, church family, and many wonderful, cherished friends.&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><em><strong><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Humbly Submitted&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The Family</span></strong></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
