<p>Debra Ellen Skinner,72 of Sullivan, Indiana passed away Friday, August 5, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her family.</p> <p>She was born in Sullivan, Indiana December 19, 1949, the daughter of Homer Wright and Myrna Lewellyn Wright.</p> <p>Debra Ellen Wright married Hubert Ronel Skinner II on January 13, 1969, she attended IU and graduated from Vincennes University with an RN degree and was a retired Indiana State Health Inspector.</p> <p>She is preceded in death by her parents, also her husband, Hubert Ronel Skinner II June 27, 2022.</p> <p>Survivors include two sons: Brad Skinner (Corrie) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Jeff Skinner (Susan) of Terre Haute, Indiana, a brother, Joe Wright (Nancy) of Hymera, IN, four sisters, Candy Cardoza ( Steve) of Hartford, CT, Nancee Czapliskie (Michael) of Little Rock, AK, Dee Fraley (John) of Greenwood IN and Jan Wright of Coalmont, IN, six grandchildren: Bailey (Jonas) Thompson, Jakeb Skinner, Liberty Skinner, Chloe Skinner, Isabelle Skinner and Liam Skinner and eight great-grandchildren; Roman, Jordyn, Oliver, Hazel, Herschel, Ivy, Winnie and Baker.</p> <p>Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, Indiana with Pastor David Simpson officiating.
