<p><span style="font-size:22px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>Corey L. Elzbeck, age 44, Logansport, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes Thursday evening, August 4th, in his residence.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:22px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>Born November 11, 1977, in Logansport, he was the son of Teresa Elzbeck, who resides in Logansport. His father, C. J. Baker, preceded him in death.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:22px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>Corey had been a certified medical assistant&nbsp;at the Miami Correctional Facility for eighteen years.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:22px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>He was a 1996 graduate of Logansport High School and earned an associate&rsquo;s degree as a certified medical technician at Ivy Tech. He enjoyed vacationing and amusement parks, guns and flipping houses.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:22px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>Surviving, in addition to his mother, are aunts and uncles, Jim and Patty Elzbeck, Adriene Roland, Dana and Terry Darland, Barb and Josh Elzbeck, Kathy and Jerry Fields, Susan and Terry Dixon, Tina and Mark Rombold; cousins.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:22px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>Memorial services are pending at a later date.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:22px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>The family requests to omit flowers.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:22px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>Contributions may be made to a Go Fund Me page established for Corey.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:22px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;"><strong>Family and friends may leave a memory or message of condolence at www.kroegerfuneralhome.com.</strong></span></span></p>
