<p>Michael Becraft, of Mishawaka, Indiana, passed away after a brief illness on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at the age of 74. He was born on May 13, 1948 in Elkhart, IN, one of nine children born to the late Clarence D. and Mary (Tharp) Becraft.</p> <p>Michael enjoyed going fishing and worked in the RV Industry for many years before retiring. On February 5, 1973 he was united in marriage to Valerie Kissinger in Tennessee, who preceded him in death on November 5, 2013.</p> <p>Michael is survived by his two brothers, William (Betty) Becraft of Elkhart, and David Becraft of Niles, MI, along with a host of nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Norma Pinrod, Carolyn Johnson, Judy Braddock; and brothers, Terry Becraft, Bob Becraft and Jr. Becraft.</p> <p>No services are planned at this time. Michael will be laid to rest next to his wife at Olive (West) Cemetery in Elkhart, Indiana. Michael Becraft, of Mishawaka, Indiana, passed away after a brief illness on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at the age of 74. He was born on May 13, 1948 in Elkhart, IN, one of nine children born to the late Clarence D. and Mary (Tharp) Becraft.

Michael enjoyed going fishing and worked in the RV Industry for many years before retiring. On February 5, 1973 he was united in marriage to Valerie Kissinger in Tennessee, who preceded him in death on November 5, 2013.

Michael is survived by his two brothers, William (Betty) Becraft of Elkhart, and David Becraft of Niles, MI, along with a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
