Mr. John David Morgan, 56, of Dougherty County, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at Willson Hospice House, in Albany. Born June 5, 1966, in Albany, John was the son of the late William Clark Morgan and Stella Mae Tucker Morgan. He worked for years as a heavy equipment operator, enjoyed fishing, enjoyed the outdoors and was Baptist by faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jakob David Morgan on July 24, 2022. Survivors include his stepchildren, Jessica Penhollow, Justin Ledlow, and Blake Spring; former wife and friend, April Morgan; siblings, Terry Wayne Harvell of Cocoa, FL, Betty Morgan Umphurs of Crawfordville, FL, and Beth Yonce and George of Sylvester; and many extended family members.
