“JT”, as he was affectionately called, graduated from Lower Richland High School in the class of 1972.  After graduation, he enlisted in the Unites States Army and served our country for thee (3) years as an automobile mechanic. After the army, he became a welder at Fluor Daniel Inc.  and later he went to work for Wesley’s Janitorial as a floor technician.  “JT”  was known as an all-around handy man and mechanic.  Anything you need fixed; he would get it done.

At an early age Julius was baptized and was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
