<p>Debra &ldquo;Debbie&rdquo; Ann (Weaver) Burns, 68, of Forest, passed away 12:25 am Wednesday August 3, 2022, at Ascension St. Vincent, Kokomo. She was born in Logansport, IN, on January 4, 1954, the daughter of the late John and Anna (Babb) Weaver. She married Danny E. Coalburn and he preceded her in death on September 3, 1976. She married Phillip C. Burns and he preceded her in death on July 18, 1996.</p> <p>Debbie was a graduate of Carroll High School. She earned a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree at Indiana University Kokomo. She was employed at IUK for 12 years where she worked in the technology department. Debbie was a smart, honest, and hilarious woman with an incredible sense of humor. She enjoyed reading books and listening to 70&rsquo;s and 80&rsquo;s music. She was a social butterfly who appreciated spending time with friends. One of her favorite past times was taking motorcycle rides with her husband in Florida. Debbie would often tune into Fuel Church services online.</p> <p>Debbie is survived by her son, Jason (Jessica Johnson) Coalburn; brothers, Terry Weaver and Tim Wagoner; grandchildren, Aydria Coalburn, Jarrett Coalburn, Jaylin Coalburn, Isabel Coalburn and Milly Coalburn; step-grandchild, Memphis Reagan; niece, Alexis Wagoner; and longtime companion, Brad Williamson.</p> <p>She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Anna Weaver; husbands, Danny Coalburn and Phillip Burns.</p> <p>Friends are invited to visit with the family from 11 am to Noon on Wednesday August 10, 2022, at Shirley &amp; Stout Funeral Home &amp; Crematory, 1315 West Lincoln Road, Kokomo IN 46902. Memorial service will be held at Noon on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Garden. Messages of condolence may be left online at www.shirleyandstout.com.</p>
