Jacob Anthony Kulczyk, 31, of Manchester, NH, died unexpectedly in his home on August 2, 2022. He was born in Gardner, MA, on December 23, 1990, the son of Gary W. Kulczyk and Candy A. Phelps. Jake grew up in Rindge, NH and he attended Conant High School. In 2018, he began working for US Silt and Supply Company in Bow, NH. He enjoyed his work and made many friends in his position. Jake overcame many obstacles throughout his life, but one thing held him steady, and it was the devotion to his family. He will be missed greatly by all his family and friends and forever remembered for his smile, sense of humor, cooking skills, grilling skills and especially his love for family. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Thaddeus and Yvonne Kulczyk of Gardner, MA and maternal grandparents, Ralph and Theresa Phelps of Ashburnham, MA. Jake is survived by his parents, Gary (Mary) Kulczyk of Temple, NH, and Candy (Danny) Baril of Ashburnham, MA, the love of his life, Emma Pratt of Manchester, NH, his two sons: Leon and Foster, his siblings: Jon, Joshua, Christi, his niece, many nephews, cousins, and friends. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Jake's name to the GFA Federal Credit Union account titled "Future Funds for Leon and Foster, Care of Amy Kulczyk" created to help with Leon and Foster's future.
