In loving memory of Phyllis Evelyn Smith passed away peacefully at Canora Gateway Lodge August 3, 2022 surrounded by family.

She was predeceased by her parents Leslie and Elsie Smith, sister Margaret, brothers James (Donna) and Russell.

She is survived by her sons Jason (Amanda) and Chad (Christa) and grandchildren Corah and Porter, sister Verna ,sister-in-law Leona, niece’s Randa (son Ari-Mikhailo), Kelli, and Robynn.

She was born in Wadena Sk. June 10, 1958. She grew up in Waldron Sk. Later living in Calgary where she worked for Bank of Canada and Alberta Wheat Pool. Then moving to Yorkton.

Phyllis enjoyed sports, rug hooking, painting, diamond dots and playing cards.
