Deborah A. Coulter, age 62, of Piqua, OH passed away at 1:58 AM on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County in Troy, OH. She was born March 1, 1960 to the late Raymond and Treva (Sullenberger) Richardson. Deborah is survived by her husband: Johnnie Coulter; two daughters: Christy (Joseph) Wilson, Middlesboro, KY; Dorothy Richardson, Piqua, OH; five siblings: John Richardson, Lynn, IN; Pam Turner, Piqua, OH; Vicki Ward, Piqua, OH; Greg Richardson, Lynn, IN; Michael (Angie) Steinke, Centerville, OH; six grandchildren: Bionca, Chloe, Allison, Seth, Matthew, and Evangeline. Deborah graduated from Troy High School and worked for Evenflo in Piqua for 5 years. She loved doing yarn work, reading, and camping at Kiser Lake.
