Helen S. Krueger Helen was born to Eternal Life on Monday, August 1, 2022 in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin at the age of 86. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on January 15, 1936, Helen was preceded in death by her beloved husband Richard, her parents Victor and Julia (Nitecki) Frome, and her siblings Elizabeth, Donald, David, and Kathy. Helen was a devoted mother to her three sons, Mark(Analyn) Stewart (Dawn) and Scott (Krissy), and special mother-in-law to Marsha. She was also a loving grandmother to Amber, Ashley, Amila, Kyle, Melissa, Nadia, and Elizabeth. She is survived by her siblings William, Juliana, and Victor as well as many nieces and nephews. Helen’s Catholic faith was a very important part of her life. She attended St. Mary’s Academy, sang in countless choirs, was a member of various religious organizations, including the Secular Franciscans, and even began the Milwaukee chapter of the Widows of Prayer. She dedicated multiple years as treasurer for the Interfaith Airport Chapel of Milwaukee which came to be called the MKE Airport Meditation Room. Helen has gained many loving friends from her involvement in these many endeavors. A service for Helen will take place on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at ST. JOHN THE EVANGELIST CATHOLIC CHURCH, 8500 W. Cold Spring Rd. in Greenfield, Wisconsin.
