George A. Satala, age 97 passed away peacefully on August 1, 2022. George was a member of the Chicago Carpenter’s Union Local #13 for 65 years. beloved husband of the late Barbara Satala nee Locigno; loving father of Grace (Richard Hagedorn) Mariano, Dominic (Diane) Mariano, Barbara Flournoy (Frank Sullivan), and the late Michael Mariano and Mary Lu Vrlec; beloved son of the late Roman and Antoinette Satala nee Hudak; fond grandfather of 12 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; dear brother of Sister Mary Satala D.C. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 7, 2022, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, IL 60706.
