Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM in the Springhill First Baptist Activity Center.</p><p style="margin:0;"><br></p><p style="margin:0;">Ms. Haynes was born on December 17, 1950 to Huey Dallas and Fern Foster Gray-Brinkley in Springhill, LA and passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 in Bossier City, LA. Vicky was a caring woman who could come across as irritable, but she was the most caring person behind that tough exterior. She served the children of northwest Louisiana for 42 years working in child protection. Upon her retirement, she worked a few days per week at North Webster Junior High School as a secretary. She found the things that upset most school personnel were funny to her because she didn’t have to be there. In her spare time, Vicky loved shopping for shoes and purses and traveling around the state to watch her grandson play baseball.
