Phyllis Jean Adkins, 81, of Ravenswood WV passed away October 29th 2021 at her home in Ravenswood. She was born April 29, 1940 in Ravenswood WV, a daughter of the late Denzil "Cap" Jackson and Eloise LeMaster Jackson. She is survived by her daughter, Tricia Tackett and her husband Daniel and granddaughter, Savannah Tackett. Also surviving are brothers James, Steve, and Ed Jackson; sisters Jo Slaven, Sharon Teets and Karen Creel. Friends may visit at Roush Funeral Home Monday, November 1 from 12-2 pm.
