He was born February 16, 1958, a son of the late Loman Rex and Madelyn Elizabeth Hershberger Garrett. Cutie was owner/operator of Garrett Masonary for many years. Cutie loved his family, loved riding his Harley, and having a good time. He was well socialized. Surviving are his children, Jesse Loman Garrett, Jeffrey Ryan Garrett, and Courtney Madelyn Garrett; grandchildren, Daxter Logan Garrett, Kaelynn Mae Garrett, and Karson Brisco Garrett. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Greg. Family will receive friends Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Funeral service will start at 12:00pm. Burial will follow at Loman Garrett Cemetery, Leroy, WV.
