She was born on September 12, 1954, in Ripley, WV, daughter of the late Aster Ballard Miller and Ploussy Marie Harrison Miller. She is survived by her sons Jason and Jody Miller; her husband, Richard Lee Collins, Ripley, WV; brothers, Donald Miller, Roy Miller, Robert Miller, Lee Miller, Larry Miller; sisters, Linda Wilson, Hazel Tucker, and Brenda Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 brother, Alvin. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2019, at 11:00 am at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood, WV, with Dr. Pastor S. R. Parsons, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow on their own land in Sandyville. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Thursday, February 28, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
