Donald Edward Carter, Jr., 41, of Ravenswood, WV, passed away on December 11, 2018, in Mink Shoals, WV. He was born on May 16, 1977, in Bluefield, WV, son of Donald Edward Carter, Sr., and Deborah Lynn Grobosky Carter. Donald enjoyed fishing and other outdoor activities. He loved his family and friends. He had a big heart and enjoyed helping others. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Stacy Carter; children, Alexis Nichole Carter and Austin Levi Carter; sisters, Lisa Ratliff (David), Donna Hunt (Brett), Ginger White and Tina White; one grandson, Bentley Joseph Carter, parents, Donald Carter, Sr. and Deborah Carter; several nieces and nephews; and also survived by his special pet, Molly. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. No service is scheduled at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Roush Funeral Home, P.O.
