He was born on November 14, 1941, in Trenton, New Jersey, son of the late Joseph and Margaret Bigus Tatrai. Joseph was a catholic by faith. He worked as a Supervisor at Kaiser Aluminum in Ravenswood, WV and at Ormet in Hannibal, OH where he retired. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margaret "Peggy" Newcomb Tatrai; daughter, Stephanie Rhodes and her husband Roger; son, Wayne Tatrai, of Honolulu, HI; grandchildren, Raven, Ralphie, and Rodney Rhodes; sister, Margaret Binns, Florence, NJ; mother-in-law, Ruth Newcomb; and cousin, Kathleen Newcomb. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at 11:00 am at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Ravenswood with Father Pen officiating. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 2, 2018, at St. Marys Cemetery in Trenton, New Jersey. Friends may visit the family at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm with a Rosary Service at 8:00 pm.
