He was eagerly anticipated by both his parents, Nicholas and Rachael Pease of Ravenswood, and his five older sisters, Kaeleen, Addie, Jesse Noreen, Selah and Hadassah Pease, all at home. Jethro is preceded in death by Poppy, Tommy Vanscoy. Aside from his parents and siblings, he is survived by maternal grandma, Susan Vanscoy (Marmee) of Ravenswood; paternal grandparents, Jesse and Crystal Pease (Papa and Grammy) of Ravenswood; uncle Joey and Tia Elizabeth Pease (Jon and Mia) of Baytown, TX, Josh and Elayna Shirk (Joshua, Annabelle, Susie, Lydia) of Reading, PA; Scott and Tshanina Price (Kadence, Ayden, and Peyton) of Ravenswood; Nichol Adams (Peter) of Ravenswood; Jeremy and Tomi-Renee Pullins (Jeremiah, Daisy, Elijah, Ezekial, and Arlis) of Leon, WV. Jethro was greatly loved and wanted by many. Along with his family, he is grieved for by members of the Ravenswood Church of the Nazarene, Free Will Baptist Church, workers in the county BOE, Head Start, and Ponderosa, as well as members of the community who have joyfully supported his family in anticipation of his birth. Arrangements are with Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood. Services will be held at the Ravenswood Church of the Nazarene on Gallatin Street on Monday, September 17, 2018, at 11:00 am. Supporters may visit the family one hour prior to service at the church. Graveside services will be at Ravenswood Cemetery with Reverend Dave Shirer officiating. Any further condolences, support, or in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Reverend Dave Shirer or Pastor Chris Skeens.
