She was born on June 20, 1926, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, daughter of the late Patrick Henry and Ellen Bunner Conner. Elba was a member of Wilding United Methodist Church. She loved history and she loved to read. She also loved nature and being with family. She never knew a stranger. She was kind and loving and would give you the shirt off her back. She loved the farm and her garden. She is survived by her sons, Gary (Dreama) Lemaster, Rick (Henrietta) Lemaster; grandchildren, Brian Benson, Jodie (Larry) Linger, Kim (Lee) Sheets, Steve (Annie) Lemaster, Chris Lemaster, and Joey Lemaster; great grandchildren, Megan, Brian, Conner, Morgan, Brooke, Jordan, Aspen, Jacy, Colby, Madison, C.J., Riley, Stephanie, Bo, Lakoda, and Lane; 1 great-great grandchild, Harper; niece, Cathy Conner; and sister, Wanda Flinn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Lemaster Benson; and husband, Walter. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood with Preacher Eddie Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Ravenswood Cemetery. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Sunday, January 22, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
