Palmer, 92, of Ravenswood, WV passed away July 15, 2018 at her home. She was born January 12, 1926 in Camden-On-Gauley, WV, a daughter of the late Henry and Katherine Wood Fleming. Rhoda was a member of North United Methodist Church, Ravenswood, WV. She loved to bake and enjoyed gardening and painting ceramics. Surviving are her daughter, Judith Crumpler (Robert) and her son, Michael Palmer (Suzanne). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Robert N. Crumpler, Mary E. Bruce and Hillary K. Palmer, great granddaughter, Faith Bruce and 2 sisters and 1 brother. Friends may visit the family at Roush Funeral Home, Ravenswood, WV on Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 5:00pm-8:00pm. The funeral service will be Friday, July 20, 2018 at 11:00am, at Roush Funeral Home, with Reverends Tom Nolan and Don Maxson officiating. Burial will follow at Ravenswood Cemetery.
