He was born April 27, 1947, in Dayton, Ohio, a son of Ralph and Freda Taylor Myers. He served in the US Marine Corps in Hawaii during the Vietnam War. He was a handyman who could fix anything. He is survived by his brother, Perry (Liz) Myers of Ravenswood; sisters, Marilyn Myers of Ravenswood, and Nancy Patrick of Charleston, WV; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte. The funeral service will be held on Monday, March 27, 2017, at 1:00 pm at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood with Pastor Duane Wolfe officiating. Burial will follow with a graveside service in Ravenswood Cemetery. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Monday, March 27, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, time of service.
