He was born on February 12, 1958, in Lockhart, Jackson County, WV, son of the late Camden and Helen Ball Griffith. Cameron was a hard working and kind man with a big heart, who would lend a helping hand to anyone. He was an avid deer hunter. Cameron was the owner of Griffith Auto Body Repair for 30 years in Sandyville, WV. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Patricia Lynn Griffith; children: son, Cameron "CJ" Griffith, Jr.; daughters, Stacy Sturm and husband Steve, and Missy Morris; 6 grandchildren, Braden, Thomas, Grace, Sam, Kayla, and Lauren; brother, Rodney (Linda) Griffith; 4 sisters, Teresa Griffith, Rebecca (Matt) Griffith, Elizabeth Cash, and Sandra (John) Moore; and several nieces and nephews. Cameron was preceded in death by his grandparents, Francis and Emma Ball, and Leonard and Garnett Griffith and one nephew, Andrew. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at 2:00 pm at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood with Reverend Bud McVey officiating. Burial will follow in Independence Cemetery in Sandyville. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 5, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
