She was born on April 20, 1939, in Atlanta, GA, daughter of the late Lonnie and Mary Wilson Sockwell. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her children, Charles Reese of Toledo, OH; Holly Hamon of Ravenswood, WV; and Malinda Sharp of Newark, OH; grandchildren, Jennifer Hamon, Nathan Hamon, Carrie Durbin, and Shannon Christian; great grandchildren, Bailee, Jacob, Ethen, Brenna and Brendon. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 3, 2016, at 1:00 pm at Maryann's home in Mt. Alto, WV.
