Diana L.Currens Granger, 62 of Patterson died July 22, 2013. She was born in Greentown, Indiana to Jack E. and Betty Currens. Diana was a graduate of White Plains High School and attended Butler University in Indiana. She married Frank J. Granger, Jr., in 1973. She became Super class mother at Matthew Paterson Elementary School in Patterson, NY having six children go thru the school. She is survived by her husband Frank, five children Dawn Diaz Tony, Heather Simone Jason, McLain Kathleen, Megan and Timothy Granger. Diane is also survived by her mother Betty Currens and a brother Douglas Currens as well as five precious grandchildren Jack, Ella, Logan, Vivienne and Alex. Diana was predeceased by her daughter Mandy in 2007. Mass of the Resurrection Monday 10:00 AM Church of St. Matthew, R.C., 616 Warburton Ave., Hastings-on-Hudson, NY. Visiting Sunday 4-8PM Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home. Memorials may be made in her memory to; Putnam Recreation Program for the Handicapped, 953 South Lake Rd., Mahopac, NY 10541.July 22, 201307/22/2013
