Mildred Lombardi 81, a long time Bronxville resident died November 8, 2005. She was born on August 5, 1924 to Nicholas and Gertrude Madigan Carbo. She married Michael Lombardi on July 11, 1943. He died in 2001. Mildred was the first female manager of a department store. She worked at Korvette's until her retirement. She was a member of the Bronxville Seniors and the Arts and Leisure Club of St. Joseph's Church in Bronxville. She is survived by her Daughters Carol Jerry Cangialosi and Linda Kilsheimer, three grandchildren Gregory Theresa Cangialosi, James Cangialosi and David Kilsheimer, sister Angelina Blaker and Joan Gonzalez. Mass of the Resurrection 9AM Saturday Sacred Heart Church, Dobbs Ferry Visiting 7-9 PM Thursday today and 2-4 and 7-9 Friday Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home. Memorials to The Sacred Heart Church Food for The Hungry Program appreciated.
