Robert E. De Feo

Robert E. DeFeo passed peacefully in his sleep on December 8, 2011. He was born in New York City to Frank and Jelsomina DeFeo. Robert attended Mount Saint Michael's High School and Iona College. He thoroughly enjoyed traveling and entertaining his family and friends. Robert loved his job as an elementary school teacher and prided himself for working in the school system for over 40 years. He was a very active parishioner at Sacred Heart Church in Hartsdale. As well as a devoted member of the Legion of Mary. Robert is survived by his wife Conchita Francisco, brother Dr. Joseph Maryann and sons, Andrew and Christopher DeFeo, step-children Fortunato, Mario, Priscilla, Julia, Filomeno and Luisa, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mass of the Resurrection Wednesday 10AM Church of the Sacred Heart, Hartsdale, NY. Visiting today 2-4 and 7-9PM Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Westchester Foundation for Autism, PO Box 596, Scarsdale, NY 10583.
