I knew Joe from attending the 48 picnics. Even though we worked in two different eras we shared the bound of being police officers from the 48. He took pride in his service and was always happy to share a story about it. Peace and blessings to Joe and his family!

Joe, you were a great friend and co- worker, fun to be with and to be around. We will miss you at our reunions, but you are sure to be a topic of conversation. Save a spot for me at the coffee table.
