Kathleen Ann Dragan, on February 7 we lost a most beautiful woman, a wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and dear friend. We pray she is at peace. Born to Patrick and Katherine Hamill in Brooklyn, NY. Kathleen has been a resident of Hastings-on Hudson, NY for over 35 years. She worked in the Hastings school district for 24 years. She was a world traveler, tennis and nature lover. Kathleen was generous and ready to give advice and/or love. She is survived by her husband Joseph, children Beth Dragan, Cara Moran James, Kathleen Dragan-Nigro Joseph, 5 grandchildren Caroline, James, Evan Moran and Joseph, Colin Nigro, her siblings Patrick John, Patricia, Paul, James Hamill.
