Nettie Jensen, 96, a long time resident of Hastings-on-Hudson passed away on June 20, 2016. Born in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Appolonia. On June 9, 1946, Nettie married Ingvar Jensen in New York City. In 1982, she retired after 25 years working as a Physical Education Teacher for the Hastings-on-Hudson School District. Nettie was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her sons William and Rolf Jensen, daughter Nadia Gillerman and 3 grandchildren.
