Joan J. Bai, 81 of Dobbs Ferry died peacefully on February 2, 2016. She was born in New York and has lived in Dobbs Ferry for many years. Joan was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 1996. She is the loving and caring mother of Paula Cox John, Diane Gorynski Peter, Marie Dooz Mario and Lisa Bai. Joan has 11 cherished grandchildren and four loving great grandchildren. Funeral service Saturday 10:30 Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home. Visiting Friday 6-9 pm. Memorial contributions to the Dobbs Ferry Volunteer Corps., appreciated.

I have the fondest memories of your mother, there are no words.....I have such a heavy heart. She truly was a loving and caring woman. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I only wish I could be there.
