Jeanne C. Chretien, 79, died March 16, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Emile and Germaine DeranleauChretien. A long time resident of Irvington, Jeanne was a faithful parishioner of the Immaculate Conception Church, where she sang in the choir and worked as Secretary for the church school for over 30 years. In former years she and her brother John enjoyed vacationing together in South Dennis, Cape Cod. She was predeceased by her brother John in 2007. Jeanne is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Ellen Chretien of Middletown, NJ, three nieces; Ellen Hill, Virginia Smith and Anne Kaufman, 7 grandnieces and grandnephews. Mass of the Resurrection 11 am Thursday, Immaculate Conception Church, Irvington. There are no calling hours. Please make a donation to her church for the music fund.
