Terrie Kaplan, 68, of Hartsdale, NY passed away surrounded by her family on July 13, 2012 after a brief but heroic battle with pulmonary hypertension. Born in the Bronx and raised in White Plains, she attended White Plains High School where she met her future husband of 48 years, Alan Kaplan. Terrie received a BA in English from Hunter College and her Masters In Teaching from Manhattanville College. For years Terrie worked with her family at Regal Beauty Supplies in Larchmont, NY prior to her becoming a realtor in Southern Westchester from the mid-1980's until her passing. She is survived by her loving family - her husband Alan, her children Natalie Gorlin and Jeffrey Kaplan and their spouses William Gorlin and Angela Acchione, her grandchildren Richard and Michael Gorlin, and her brother Dr. Stephen Rosenthal.
