Joe Flores

Joe Flores, 63, of Irvington passed away on August 19, 2015. He was born and raised in the Bronx. Joe served proudly in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He married his love Valerie Betances on April 19, 1991 in Irvington. Joe had a passion for woodworking. He was a member of the White Plains Veterans Center. Joe was a devoted, loving, kind gentleman who will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife Valerie, step-son First Sergeant Gerald F. Betances, whom Joe was very proud of and grandchildren Justin, Dakota and Damion. Funeral Service 10am Wednesday Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home, 64 Ashford Ave, Dobbs Ferry with Visiting Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Edwardsanddowdle.com
