Robert Louis Lyman

Robert Louis Lyman, 81, a resident of Montgomery passed away on July 5, 2015. Born in the Bronx, he was the son of the late Alfred and Amelia Lyman. Robert served in the United States Army during the Korean War. In the 1950s, he married his beloved Anna at Immaculate Conception Church in the Bronx. Robert had a keen sense of humor and enjoyed spending his time at the Stewart Airport Diner surrounded by his friends. He was a caring person with a heart of gold. Family was very important to Robert. He treasured the time he spent with them especially the time he spent with his grandchildren and great granddaughter. He will be greatly missed by the many that loved him. Robert is survived by his sons Robert Alfred, Richard Desiree, Alfred Jackie, Kenneth and Michael Mary. And his loving daughter-in-law Mary Ann. His brothers Richard and Ronald and sister Madeline and several nieces and nephews. His grandchildren Chris, Amanda, Dan, Nick, Angelina, Tyler, Denis, Alana, Brianna, Matthew, Taylor, and great granddaughter Annabella. He was predeceased by his wife Anna and brothers Raymond and Alfred. Mass of the Resurrection Saturday 9:30am Immaculate Conception Church, 760 E Gun Hill Rd, Bronx, NY 10467.
