Josephine Rudzianski 86, died March 10, 2009. Born in Dobbs Ferry, the daughter of Rosario and Catherine Venuto, Josephine was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary 1048 for over 50 years and was a former President and Secretary. She worked for many years for Streb Insurance in Dobbs Ferry and later for the McCartney Agency in Ardsley. She is survived by her daughter Mary Howard, Lynch, a son John Joyce A. Rudzianski, grandchildren William J. Rudzianski, John J. Rudzianski Jr. and Elizabeth Kates; 2 great grandsons William J. Rudzianski and John J. Rudzianski III. She was predeceased by her husband Francis, brother Rosario "Rice" Venuto, sisters Mary Souza and Antoinette Venuto. Funeral Service 10 AM Saturday Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home Visiting 2-4 and 7-9 PM Friday at the funeral home.
