Charles H. Noe, 62, a life long resident of Dobbs Ferry died on May 20, 2012. Born in Dobbs Ferry, Charlie was the son to the late Andrew and Doris Noe. He married Annette Scaperrotta on August 10, 1980 at Our Lady of Pompeii Church, Dobbs Ferry. Charlie was employed thru the Town of Greenburgh as an Assistant Foreman for the Water and Sewer Plant. He is survived by his wife Annette, daughter Courtney and son Craig. Funeral Service Friday 10AM Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home. Visiting Thursday 2-4 and 7-9PM.
