Julia A. Anselmi
Julia A. Anselmi, 93, formerly of Yorktown Heights and Mahopac, currently residing at Evergreen Woods in North Branford, Connecticut died peacefully on February 20, 2015. Born in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Josephine Boggiano. As a young woman, Mrs. Anselmi worked as a dressmaker and seamstress in New York City. She later worked for Knickerbocker Bank in various divisions. She then went on to work in the Office of the Registrar at Fordham University and finished her working career as an Administrator for the Nurse Practitioner's Office in Jacobi Hospital in the Bronx. Julia was predeceased by her husband Walter Anselmi Capt. NYFD on November 13, 2004. Surviving are her children Robert A. Barbara Anselmi, Linda John Manzione, grandsons Robert and Peter Heather Anselmi and great grandchildren Harrison, Cooper and Marlee Anselmi. Mass of the Resurrection Tuesday 10:30am Church of the Sacred Heart, Dobbs Ferry. Visiting Monday 4-9PM Edwards-Dowdle Funeral Home.
