Carmine E. DeCrenza, 86, of Jacksonville, FL, formerly of Dobbs Ferry died on December 20, 2014. His Wife, Agnes Raimondo DeCrenza of 60 years predeceased him in 2010. He was a Machinist with Grand Central Railroad from 1949 to 1970. He retired as a Superintendent working for Mr. and Mrs. Joseph F. Cullman 3rd on their Sleepy Hill Estate from 1970 to 1995 when he retired to Pt. Charlotte, Fl. & Wells, ME. He was a past Captain in the Dobbs Ferry Resolute Hook and Ladder Co. and a member of the DF Embassy Club. Carmine is survived by his son Edward Karen Andersen DeCrenza of Briarcliff Manor, two daughters; Marie Gary Frank of Wolfeboro, NH; Arlene Gene Mershell of Jacksonville, FL; and he leaves his four cherished grandchildren, Aimee Frank Barrett, Kyle and Curtis Frank and Anthony Chiulli, along with six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Frank of Ossining, John of Yorktown and two sisters, Adeline Sisson and Anne Lorenz of Ossining. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation. Mass of the Resurrection 10am Saturday Our Lady of Pompeii Church, Dobbs Ferry.
