Edna M. Wheeler 87, died April 15, 2012. She was born in Goshen, NY the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Wheeler. Edna was raised in Dobbs Ferry and attended Ardsley Schools. She worked at Citibank for 38 years in New York City. Edna was an avid reader and enjoyed playing tennis, gardening, traveling and walking in the woods. She had a great love of nature and animals. Edna adored her 4 cats. She also played the violin in the orchestra and sang in the chorus. She is survived by her sister Dorothy, niece Nanette Richard DeSanto, nephew Thomas Janerie and Larry, sister-in-law Denise, great nieces Mallory and Danielle. She was predeceased by her brother Edwin. Mass of the Resurrection 10AM Thursday, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Ardsley, NY. Visiting 2-4 and 7-9PM Today Wednesday, Edwards Dowdle Funeral Home.
